| It is my choice to perceive the world and myself in an
optimistic and positive light knowing that peace begins within me and
the choices I make. |
| I am by no means an expert but a lifelong and dedicated student of
many healing disciplines as necessitated by my own recovery from
stress and a critical and life-threatening health crisis of mind, body
and spirit over ten years ago. Many techniques and therapies
including, but not limited to: visualization, affirmations, sound,
colour, aromatherapy, feng shui, dowsing, divination, past life
regression, hypnotherapy, meditation, and natural nutrition and
hygiene have been useful in my own ongoing healing. I am called to
share the gift of relaxation and ultimately improved health, through
service to others and animals alike. |
